CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled prior to 31 days before check in, we apply a penalty of 30@ of the full amount.
Or cancellations from 30 days or less before arrival, we apply a 100% cancellation fee.
We require a Euros 150 deposit at check-in, which will be returned on departure.
We will apply a 10% discount when reserving simultaneously residences Papavero and Cipresso, or the residences Ginestra and Rosmarino.

POLICY

During high and middle season, the residences are rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday)
During the low season, shorter stays are possible.
We accept small pets on approval when making the reservation.
